Indie April 2026

Would it really be Indie April without the Narratess Indie Sale?

April is all about celebrating independent authors, and the Narratess sale, having grown to be one of the biggest sales around, has for the longest time, been at the forefront of that celebration. And this year it’s back once again, bloating your TBR for 2026, with around 300 books and authors participating, all discounted from $1.99 to FREE. All thanks to Tessa Hastjarjanto and her team for once again hosting this amazing sale.

As last year, you won’t be limited to just buying from Amazon—you’ll have the option to buy from a wide variety of retailers as authors have expanded beyond Jeff’s burgeoning megacorp. This includes my Augment Saga standalone series prequel and SFINCS finalist novella, The Re-Emergence, which will be just $0.99 or equivalent in all marketplaces and on all platforms including Amazon, Kobo, Google Play Books, Apple Books, Smashwords, Itch.io and many more.

So from Saturday 11 to Monday 13 April, be sure to visit the sale page, browse the expansive collection, and find your new favourite sci-fi, fantasy, or horror author!

Itch.io Bundles

There will also be bundles available of participants’ books based around length and genre on itch.io. Not every book in the sale will be in one of these bundles, but they’re still absolutely huge! The bundle pages won’t be live until the day, so bookmark this page and come back on Saturday for all the links in one place:
